FAQs Are my products already made or are they made-to-order? 90% of my listings are NOT made yet. As orders come in, I then begin the process of creating your piece. This is why I will have longer turn around times. Where to place custom orders: Please email cmt2treasures@gmail.com to talk about your vision and what you need. Deposit on custom orders: To begin crafting your personalized masterpiece, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit upon placing your order. This deposit ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources and start the intricate process of bringing your vision to life. Please understand that this deposit is non-refundable, as it covers initial materials and labor costs associated with customizing your custom order. Changes AFTER customization: Extra fees will incur if you require changes or further customization AFTER your custom order has been confirmed. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the custom orders, returns are not possible. Pick Up: Local pick up is not offered, shipping only. Cancelation policy on custom orders: You will receive an electronic preview of your custom design for you to review accuracy prior to the fulfillment of your order. Once the order is approved and finalized, the product(s) will be ready to ship in 10-14 business days. All sales are final and not eligible for returns. Delivery Problems After Shipping: For instances where the package is missing, it may be possible for me to file a claim. This will usually take up to 10 business days after the predicted delivery date of the order. For any orders submitted with the wrong address, it can take 7-15 days for a return-to-sender to be issued from the day it says “delivered.” If the package is never returned to me, I am not liable for extra costs of a new product due to the error made by the customer when submitting the order. Shipping Delays: As we all know, delivery times are not as guaranteed due to carrier delays, so if there are any delays in your tracking, please give it at least one week before reaching out. I will not be able to track the package a different way, but I will try my best to figure out the situation.
